The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackiewicz misses with a series of wild punches.
Jackiewicz misses with a looping left.

Jackiewicz punishes Jones's body with a nice straight punch.

Jones changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Jackiewicz misses with a low kick.
Jones tries to counter by clinching up but Jackiewicz breaks away and moves out of range.
Jones stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Jackiewicz.
Rafal Jackiewicz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Jones works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
Jackiewicz is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Jones dives into side control.
