Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Max Avery (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Blink Gee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Blink Gee!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Ian Loll and Trevor Gratis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gee is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Gee throws a wild body kick that Avery sees coming a mile off.
It looked like Avery was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Gee tries a head kick but it misses.
Avery tries to counter by clinching up but Gee breaks away and moves out of range.

Avery rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Gee moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Avery rushes Gee and presses him up against the cage.
With the fighters up against the cage, Gee throws an elbow but misses.
Gee tries to land a knee to the head but Avery blocks with his arms.
Gee lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.


It looks like Max Avery has been cut.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
