Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Lucas Campos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Walood Kassab (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Kassab's choice of entrance music: Merauder - Life Is Pain. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kassab instigates a clinch.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Campos takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Kassab wants a takedown.
Campos content to slow the pace in the clinch.
Kassab tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Campos avoids it.
Campos is defending well against a takedown attempt.
Our sources have told us that Campos has been working on his knees in the buildup to the fight.

Campos breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Campos tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Kassab tries to close the distance and clinch but Campos swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Kassab has Campos up against the cage in a clinch.

Campos escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Campos throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Kassab.

and Campos counters with a crisp one two that drops Kassab! Campos thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Kassab to his feet! Kassab is in big trouble!

Kassab is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Campos pushes Kassab away with a front kick.
Campos bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Campos swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Kassab walks forward, straight into a front kick from Campos.
Kassab looks winded!
Campos lands with a thumping leg kick.
Campos connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Kassab to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Campos!
