Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Heng Jiang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ebeneezer Darkk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Jiang might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Volbeat - A Warrior's Call. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jiang tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Darkk is able to avoid easily.

Jiang ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Darkk moves away.
Darkk changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Darkk throws a leg kick but Jiang checks it.

Jiang lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Jiang will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Darkk let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.

As Darkk tries to get set, Jiang tries to push him back and clinch up but Darkk manages to avoid the attempt.
Darkk chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Jiang can pounce on him.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Jiang does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Darkk lands a head shot.
Jiang walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Darkk checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

Darkk blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Jiang presses Darkk against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Darkk fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Jiang creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Jiang takes a swing at Darkk's ribcage but misses.
And Darkk responds with a good body kick, but Jiang manages to step out the way in time.
Jiang's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Darkk connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Jiang scrambles back to his feet.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and Jiang holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Darkk has a couple of punches blocked by Jiang.
Jiang tries a body shot but Darkk blocks it.
Jiang gets through Darkk's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Jiang tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Darkk avoids it.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Darkk.
Darkk escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Both fighters circling a little - Darkk finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Jiang throws a push kick but Darkk slaps the foot to one side.
It seemed like Darkk was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Jiang lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Darkk has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Darkk and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
