Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bobby TupperII (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roy Kannemeyer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 24 - 29 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bobby TupperII!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Roy Kannemeyer!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Wesley Smith and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kannemeyer throws a sloppy head kick and TupperII moves out of range easily.
Kannemeyer looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

TupperII drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
TupperII tries to free his leg and advance position but Kannemeyer is retaining full guard.
TupperII controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Kannemeyer utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

TupperII drops back looking for a leg! Kannemeyer is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Kannemeyer manages to kick TupperII off! TupperII jumps back into Kannemeyer's guard.
TupperII slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

TupperII wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Kannemeyer, who protects the arm well.

We've been hearing that TupperII has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
TupperII wants to lay and pray for a moment but Kannemeyer keeps working.

Kannemeyer gets caught napping as TupperII dives in and scores a takedown. Kannemeyer manages to retain guard.
TupperII wants to control from the top but Kannemeyer keeps moving.

TupperII is keen to just control but Kannemeyer is a slippery customer.

Kannemeyer is looking for a sweep. TupperII is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
TupperII passes the guard and advances to mount!
TupperII lands a heavy elbow.
TupperII pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
TupperII with a couple of short strikes.


Kannemeyer is rocked!

TupperII has hold of Kannemeyer's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Kannemeyer manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Kannemeyer is still in real trouble! Can TupperII finish him?

TupperII is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Kannemeyer can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Bobby TupperII overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
TupperII is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Kannemeyer can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

TupperII wants to finish this one by submission but Kannemeyer is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from TupperII.
Kannemeyer seems to have recovered his senses.
TupperII with good strikes from the mount here!
TupperII lands with some strikes.
TupperII can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Kannemeyer is looking to escape.
TupperII softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and Kannemeyer is out cold! TupperII jumps to his feet and celebrates on the cage with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:55 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bobby TupperII!
Jumping up and down and very excited, Bobby TupperII waved his t-shirt featuring Vandal Fight Boutique & Laundry (93%)'s logo in front of the cameras.
