The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Jeff Smith and Chris Saunders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diego shoots in but Kakoullis avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Kakoullis moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
That kick from Kakoullis tenderised Diego's leg. Diego is trying to keep his angry face on.
Diego throws a body punch but Kakoullis moves out of range.
Kakoullis throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Diego on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
The fighters circle momentarily. Diego darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Diego has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Kakoullis.
Kakoullis walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Diego checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

It looked like Kakoullis was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Diego.

Sotiris Kakoullis seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
In defeat, Dom Diego stepped up to the mic, saying 'Came to knock this punk out. All he did was spam takedowns and subs big surprise.'.
