The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wojak tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Day was well out of range. Poor timing from Wojak.
Day shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Wojak pinned against the cage. Wojak gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Wojak is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Wojak misses the shot to the body.
Day was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

Wojak is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

and Day counters with a stiff right hand.
Day looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Day scores with a jab to the jaw.
Wojak misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Day cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Day lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

and Day scores with a counter punch that sends Wojak to the canvas! Day smells blood - he's punishing Wojak with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Wojak has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
