Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Walter Frost!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Turd Ferguson!
The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Dean Styles and Chad Campbell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frost defending well as Ferguson loads up on a big left hand.
Frost swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Ferguson just misses with a punch to the body.
Frost lands a jab-cross combination.
Ferguson has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Frost clinches up against the cage.
Frost tries to break free but Ferguson pushes him back against the cage.

Ferguson breaks from the clinch.
Frost throws a left and a right that both miss
and Ferguson counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Ferguson looks to score with a jab to the body but Frost is just out of range.
Frost has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Midnight MMA in the buildup to the fight.
Frost lands a right hook to the body.
Ferguson throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Ferguson drops Frost with a beautiful combination! Frost stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Ferguson is looking for the KO!

Frost is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ferguson swinging wildly here.
Oh Frost is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Ferguson swings for the body but Frost moves out of range.
Ferguson misses the jab.
Ferguson swats away the attempt to clinch by Frost.
A jab from Ferguson does it's job there.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Frost uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Ferguson throws a jab but it's blocked by Frost.

Ferguson drops Frost with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Frost looks back up at him and smiles so Ferguson waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Frost throws a shot from downtown. Ferguson moves away and avoids it.
Ferguson moves in close and cracks Frost with a massive right hand! Frost, frozen momentarily in time, tumbles to the canvas, already out cold! A brutal knockout by Ferguson!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Turd Ferguson!
