The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

A looping hook to the body misses from Ibrahim. Ronnel does a little dance to reset his feet.
Ibrahim rushes Ronnel and presses him up against the cage.
Ronnel turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Ronnel manages to end up in side control.
Ronnel goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Ibrahim has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Ronnel but great work by Ibrahim.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Mika Ronnel.
Well Ibrahim has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
