It seemed like Parasenko was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Parasenko wants to lay and pray for a moment but Strelkov keeps working.
Parasenko is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Strelkov will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

I would just about give that final round to Vladimir Parasenko.
