Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Malietoa Feti (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tonton Hong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Feti comes to the cage accompanied by Testament - Ride. Hong has chosen Hong Entrance Song as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hong lands a head shot.

It looks like Malietoa Feti has been cut.
Feti doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Tonton Hong seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hong lands with a kick to the temple. Feti shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Hong goes for a double leg but Feti avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Feti continues to drive forward.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Hong lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Feti has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Feti and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Feti quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect.
Hong throws out a loose jab but Feti uses good head movement to avoid it.

Feti went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Hong working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
Feti regains full guard. Nicely done.

Hong lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Feti has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Feti there as he acknowledges the shot.

Tonton Hong decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
