Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bam Margera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nichi Hong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Margera kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Clutch - The Regulator. Hong has chosen Hong Entrance Song as his entrance music. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 21 - 9 - 2, fighting out of Los Angeles, Nichi Hong!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Margera is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Hong.

It looks like Bam Margera has been cut.
Donk. Hong catches Margera right on the button with a cross.
Margera misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Hong misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Hong swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Hong will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Hong swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Margera counters with an outside leg kick.
Margera has been working on his boxing with his coaches at V C L training center (HOME OF THE TRUE CHAMPION in the buildup to the fight.
Hong blocks the body kick.
Hong tries a quick counter leg kick but Margera is wise to it.
Margera walks into a stiff left hand from Hong.

Hong misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Margera feints and then cracks Hong's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Hong down.
Hong tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Margera was well out of range. Poor timing from Hong.
Hong lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Margera throws a nice inside leg kick.
Hong stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Hong looks to land a combination. Margera sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

Margera is rocked!
Hong looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Hong misses with a two punch combination.
Oh Margera is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Hong fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Margera checks it well.
Margera seems to have got his legs back now.
Hong misses with a head kick.
Hong connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Hong attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Hong will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Nichi Hong seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Margera tries to move into range but Hong moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Hong throws a nice looking combination but Margera bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Hong misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Margera finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Margera throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Hong fails to land with a series of punches.
Margera swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.

Margera lifts his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.
Margera lands a nice leg kick that just misses Hong's sensitive parts.
Hong takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Margera cracks Hong with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

and Margera counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

Hong throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Margera.
Hong misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Margera jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.

and Margera rattles Hong with a well-timed uppercut counter. - Hong tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. Margera dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Hong stiff and motionless on the mat!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Bam Margera!
A very excited looking Bam Margera made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
In defeat, Nichi Hong stepped up to the mic, saying 'Thank you for all the sponsors, to the org. and to all that supported me through the years. Unfortunately this is my last fight. I will be focusing on helping my teammates improve. Thank you all very much.'.
