The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Berzevaco tries to clinch there but Wei circles away.
Berzevaco throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
A head kick misses from Berzevaco.
Wei appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
Berzevaco lands with a nice body kick.
Wei sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

A quick step to the side and Wei tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.

Wei feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Berzevaco's calf.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Wei checks a leg kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Berzevaco throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Berzevaco lands with a kick to the temple. Wei shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Berzevaco lands a head kick. Wei smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

It looks like Zhengtao Wei has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Wei takes a kick to the side of the head.
A bone on bone clash there as Wei blocks the leg kick.
Wei moves out of range of the body kick.
Wei seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

Wei connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Berzevaco darts in trying to clinch
and Berzevaco takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

It looks like Caccane Berzevaco has been cut.

Berzevaco throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Wei.
Wei swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Wei connects with an inside leg kick.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Berzevaco - that will leave a mark!
Wei misses with a shot to the body
and Berzevaco counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Wei is lucky that one didn't land flush.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Wei throws a leg kick but Berzevaco sees it coming and moves out of range.

Good work by Berzevaco as he checks the leg kick.
Despite the aggression on Berzevaco's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
A telegraphed right hand from Wei misses the target.
Wei steps in with a hook that catches Berzevaco right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Wei follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Berzevaco looks absolutely devastated.
