The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Terra scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
It looks like Jake Theodorou has been cut.
Theodorou throws a shot from downtown. Terra moves away and avoids it.
Terra slaps away a takedown attempt from Theodorou, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Theodorou scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Theodorou shoots in for a takedown but Terra shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Terra has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.
Theodorou fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Terra manages to avoid it.
Theodorou avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Theodorou bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Theodorou misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Terra tries to improve position but can't.
Terra really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Theodorou. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

San Terra tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
