Coath comes to the cage accompanied by Die for Metal. Burns has chosen Body Head Bangerz feat. Lil' Boosie & Young Bleed - I Smoke, I Drank as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Chris Coath!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Alex John Conor Burns !
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Sosuke Kotani and Shigeki Fujiwara.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burns throws a hook to the side of Coath's head but Coath sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Nice takedown defense from Coath. No joy for Burns on that attempt.

Coath takes a swing at Burns 's ribcage but misses.
Despite the aggression on Burns 's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Burns uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

Coath swings wildly with an uppercut but Burns uses good head movement to avoid it.
Burns is trying to pull guard but Coath turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.

Coath lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Burns jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Coath walks away with a smile on his face. Burns gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Burns takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Coath bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Burns wants to control but Coath is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Coath, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
