Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Nir Sosa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and The Steel Penn Alliance (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nir Sosa has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 27 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Nir Sosa!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 19 - 20 - 1, fighting out of Hilo, The Steel Penn Alliance!
The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Paul Gruel and Chris Saunders.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Steel Penn Alliance scores with the left hand. Sosa knows he should have avoided that one.
Steel Penn Alliance has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Sosa is landing a low percentage of strikes.

Steel Penn Alliance feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Nir Sosa.
