The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kristapoff displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Panado.
Kristapoff appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Kristapoff looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Panado bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Panado moves into full mount!
Panado is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Kristapoff can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Panado is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Kristapoff has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Kristapoff!
Panado is looking for a triangle but Kristapoff pushes his legs off easily.

Panado looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Kristapoff is defending well. Panado quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Kristapoff has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Panado celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
