The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lewis lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Torres at a distance.
Lewis's corner calls for a 1-2. Lewis obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Lewis throws a hook to the side of Torres's head but Torres sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Torres has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Lewis lands with a good body shot.
Lewis misses with an uppercut.
Torres throws a fast counter high kick but Lewis manages to duck under it in time.
Torres misses with a looping left.
A combination from Torres does no damage.
No joy there for Torres, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Lewis swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Lewis feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Torress jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

It looks like Jonathon Torres has been cut.
Lewis ducks down and throws a hook to the body.

Oh, that's a big right hand from Lewis and Torres goes tumbling to the canvas! Lewis follows him to the ground and looks to finish from half guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Lewis is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.

Torres is rocked!
Lewis is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Torres is hurt! He's hurt bad - Lewis fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Torres from any more punishment! Congratulations to Lewis! Great finish!
