The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ferreira looks to land a left hand but Ysengrin moved out of range nicely.
Ysengrin throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Ferreira throws the kick towards the body but Ysengrin avoids it.
Ferreira feints and then cracks Ysengrin's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Ysengrin down.
Ferreira throws a shot from downtown. Ysengrin moves away and avoids it.
Ferreira moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Ysengrin tries to land a leg kick but Ferreira saw it coming and moves away.
Ferreira rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Ysengrin moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Cearul Ysengrin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Ysengrin throws a leg kick but Ferreira sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Ysengrin is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Ferreira.

It looks like Cearul Ysengrin has been cut.
Ferreira takes a swing at Ysengrin's ribcage but misses.
A nice leg kick lands there from Ysengrin.
Ysengrin shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Ysengrin scoring well with a low kick there.

Ysengrin throws a body punch but Ferreira moves out of range.

Ysengrin steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Ferreira. That one must have hurt.

Ysengrin takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Ferreira lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Ferreira buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Ysengrin tried to score with a low kick but Ferreira checks it.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Ysengrin crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Ferreira - the referee stops the clock and Ysengrin gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Ferreira. Ysengrin manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
A decent looking cross lands there for Ferreira.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Ferreira. Ysengrin shrugs it off though.
Ysengrin gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Ferreira gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Ysengrin is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Marco Ferreira!
