Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ben Aroused (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Boris Britva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Boris Britva is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Fedor Mirinova and Viktor Lagutenko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aroused closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Aroused lands in his opponent's guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Britva is trying desperately to improve position.
Aroused takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Aroused seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Britva for as long as he can get away with.

Britva changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Aroused tries to avoid it but Britva manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Aroused to the ground. Aroused escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
A head kick by Britva misses
and Aroused counters with a nice double leg into side control. Britva won't be happy with that.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
