Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bode Muller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michal Filipovic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 12 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Michal Filipovic!
The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Paulsen Ambrosius and Aafke Stam.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Muller moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Muller dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Filipovic. That did some damage!
Muller misses with a low kick as Filipovic jumps back.
Filipovic moves in looking to clinch but Muller pushes him off.
Muller is looking to counter punch.
Muller throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Filipovic wants to clinch.
Muller connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Filipovic's hands.

Filipovic has taken the fight to the clinch.

Muller breaks the clinch.
Filipovic tries to clinch there but Muller circles away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Muller throws a leg kick but Filipovic sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Filipovic is looking to clinch but Muller is avoiding it.
Muller connects with a looping right hand.
Donk. Muller catches Filipovic right on the button with a cross.
Muller will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Filipovic shoots in and gets a takedown into Muller's guard.

Filipovic wants to control from the top but Muller keeps moving.

Muller is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Filipovic is aware though and is defending well.
Muller is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Muller is trying to control. Filipovic wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Muller takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Muller is controlling the pace.

Muller is looking to advance position but Filipovic won't allow it.
Muller moves into full mount! Filipovic won't be happy about that!
Muller can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Filipovic is looking to escape.

Muller is landing with some decent strikes but Filipovic is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Muller lands a big elbow.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Muller takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Filipovic is bucking up trying to escape but Muller cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

Filipovic holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Muller tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.

Filipovic defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Muller.
Muller scores with a couple of good head shots there.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Muller throwing strikes here but Filipovic is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Muller misses with some ground and pound and Filipovic recovers position to half guard.

Muller tries to keep at a distance but Filipovic has taken the fight into the clinch.
Filipovic tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Nice body punch from Muller - that landed with a thud.

Filipovic has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Muller avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Muller thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Filipovic if he has to take too many more of those.

Muller feints and then cracks Filipovic's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Filipovic down.
Muller seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Muller scores with a hook to the body. Filipovic takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Filipovic seems to have recovered his senses.
and Muller counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Filipovic! He's just covering up as Muller starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:39 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bode Muller!
Bode Muller decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
