PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Stacee Jaxee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lil Jon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Jaxee might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Pour Some Sugar on Me by Stacee Jaxx. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jaxee misses with a body shot

and Jon counters with a single leg into guard. Jaxee didn't expect that.

Jaxee looking for a guillotine here but Jon defends easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Jon might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Jaxee haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Jon looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Jaxee with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
