Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Jucal Jabneel!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
40 - 35 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Vince Dixon!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Alec Ball and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dixon pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Dixon moves out of range of the body kick from Jabneel.
Dixon shoots in but Jabneel avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Jabneel seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Jabneel goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Dixon throws a body kick that misses
and Jabneel counters with a three punch combo that has Dixon backing up. Dixon nods at Jabneel to acknowledge the strikes.
Jabneel moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Jabneel.
Jabneel lands a jab to the head.
It looks like Vince Dixon has been cut.
Dixon has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Jabneel finds it's way round the side to connect with Dixon's head.
Jabneel lands with an uppercut that bounces Dixon off the cage and back into range.
Jabneel looks to score with a jab to the body but Dixon is just out of range.
Jabneel has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Montreal Elite Gym in the buildup to the fight.
Dixon misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Jabneel.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Dixon lands a nice looking body shot.
Jabneel misses with an attempted mid kick.
Dixon takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Dixon looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Dixon clinches with his opponent.
Dixon is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Jabneel is defending well for now.
Dixon throws an elbow but it misses.
Jabneel lands a body shot in the clinch.
Jabneel working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.

That has opened up Vince Dixon's cut even more.
Dixon is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Jabneel gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Jucal Jabneel has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Vince Dixon.
Dixon looks winded!
With the fighters up against the cage, Dixon throws an elbow but misses.
Dixon tumbles to the floor! Jabneel threw a big shot that dropped him and now Jabneel is on top looking to finish! Dixon has guard but can he survive?!
Dixon is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Jabneel passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Jabneel gets to mount! Dixon was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.

Dixon is bucking up trying to escape but Jabneel cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Dixon is wriggling around trying to escape.
Jabneel takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Vince Dixon's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Vince Dixon's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
