And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Michael Johnstone and Dirk Anderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Potter lunges at Enkamp with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Enkamp's hand.
Potter throws a right hand that misses
and Enkamp counters with an outside leg kick.
Potter pushes Enkamp up against the cage in a clinch.
Enkamp looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Enkamp wants to get back to striking at distance but Potter won't allow it.
Enkamp is trying to break the clinch but Potter is controlling him.
Enkamp pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Potter closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Enkamp manages to break the clinch.
Enkamp's coach down at Highland CT & Spar was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Enkamp's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Potter fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Enkamp, pushing him back against the cage.
Enkamp escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Potter has taken the fight to the clinch.
Potter lands a shoulder strike.
Enkamp wants to break the clinch but can't.
Potter throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
A right handed body shot lands from Potter.
A head punch on the inside from Potter fails to land.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Enkamp is trying to push Potter away but Potter has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Potter keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Enkamp's efforts to push away.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Enkamp's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
A short body shot lands from Potter as the two fighters clinch.
Enkamp tries to break free but Potter pushes him back against the cage.

Potter throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Enkamps head.
Potter digs a right hand underneath Enkamp's ribcage. Enkamp let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Potter lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

Potter lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Enkamp or not.
Enkamp is still on wobbly legs! Can Potter finish him?
Potter unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Enkamp! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Potter is unloading with more strikes now! Enkamp drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Peter Potter!
Peter Potter retains his welterweight title!
After winning the bout, Peter Potter thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
