Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Dempsey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sonny Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dempsey's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Ten Crack Commandments . Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jack Dempsey!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sonny Black!
The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Reed Andrews and Anthony Taglia.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dempsey digs a good body shot into Black's ribs.
Black avoids the body shot from Dempsey.
Jack Dempsey seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A punch lands to the side of Black 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Black takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Dempsey lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Black circles away quickly and effectively.
Dempsey lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

Black drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Dempsey has a closed guard, preventing Black from standing up.
Dempsey is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Black gets to his feet. Dempsey looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Dempsey misses the shot to the body.
Dempsey scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Black on the wrong end of a nice jab.

Black is rocked!

That's one minute gone in the round.
Black shoots in for a takedown but Dempsey shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Black takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Dempsey swinging wildly here.
Dempsey catches Black with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Black closes the distance and clinches up with Dempsey, looking for a takedown. Black pushes Dempsey against the cage but Dempsey circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Dempsey swats away the attempt to clinch by Black.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Dempsey, as that shot connected.
Dempsey lands a jab.
Black misses with a few strikes there.
Black with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Dempsey to score with a decent uppercut.
Jack Dempsey is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Dempsey throws out a loose jab but Black uses good head movement to avoid it.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Dempsey throws a hook but Black avoids it easily.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Dempsey enables Black to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Dempsey manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Black gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Dempsey misses with the combination.

Dempsey gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Black controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Dempsey is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Black content to stall in guard here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
It looks like Black might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Black throws a big elbow that misses.
Black seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Black wanted to stand there but Dempsey had control of the position.
Black slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Dempsey stuffs the takedown attempt from Black. Black gets slowly back to his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jack Dempsey dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Black changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Dempsey tries to avoid it but Black manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Dempsey to the ground. Dempsey escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Dempsey lands a nice looking body shot.
Dempsey misses with a body shot.
Dempsey lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Black at a distance.
Black takes one on the button.
Horrible takedown attempt by Black or perhaps it was just good defense by Dempsey, which made it look bad.
Dempsey paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Black fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Dempsey avoids it really well and circles away.
Jack Dempsey has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sonny Black.
Black is breathing heavily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dempsey connects with a superb combination that knocks Black out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Dempsey before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Black!
