Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Gustav Grimwald (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kay Ector (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Grimwald kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is NoMeansNo - Mr. In Between. Ector has chosen Monster! as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Don Winkell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ector throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Grimwald was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Grimwald goes for a high kick. It partially lands.

It looks like Kay Ector has been cut.
A left and a right from Ector both land. Nice combination.

Grimwald feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
