The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arlovski takes a swing at Wick's ribcage but misses.
Wick slips a jab and a cross from Arlovski.
We've been told by Arlovski's head coaches at LOD: Contenders that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Wick closes the distance and clinches up with Arlovski, looking for a takedown. Wick pushes Arlovski against the cage but Arlovski circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Wick fails to land the takedown.
Wick throws a front kick aimed at Arlovski's knee but Arlovski avoids it well.
Arlovski lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Arlovski cracks Wick with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Arlovski's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Wick throws a head punch that misses.
Arlovski wants to break free but Wick has control.
Wick tries to throw a body punch but Arlovski avoids it by throwing Wick back against the cage.

A looping hook to the body misses from Arlovski. Wick does a little dance to reset his feet.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Wick lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Arlovski has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Arlovski and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Wick takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Arlovski dances in with a quick combination. Wick is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Arlovski snaps Wick's head back. Wick stumbles backwards against the cage. Arlovski steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Wick's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Wick just didn't come prepared.
