I was talking to Crimson's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

Crimson bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Shephard's head backwards.
A solid leg kick lands there for Crimson.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Ouch! a nice leg kick from Crimson, right into the meat.

Crimson jabs Shephard to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Crimson will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

and Shephard counters with a crisp one two that drops Crimson! Shephard thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Crimson to his feet! Crimson is in big trouble!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Jack Shephard's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
