The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Romanov ducks right into an uppercut from Smith.
Romanov scores with a decent looking hook.
Romanov takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Smith works Romanov's body with a nice hook.

Smith is looking to advance position but Romanov won't allow it.

Romanov is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Smith scores with a couple of nice shots.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Smith works his way into full mount!
Smith tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
You get the feeling that Romanov really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Smith lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Romanov hang on?
Smith scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Smith is in full mount looking to finish with strikes. He lands a big shot, followed by another and Romanov goes limp! The ref jumps in to end the fight - a big win for Smith!
