The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jebe connects with a solid leg kick.
Jebe cracks Costel with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Jebe clinches up against the cage.
Jebe gets underhooks to prevent Costel's takedown attempt.
We've been hearing reports that Jebe has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
A short body shot lands from Costel as the two fighters clinch.
Jebe struggles to land a body shot inside as Costel controls his hands.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Jebe.
Costel tries to work over Jebe's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Costel misses with a hook from the clinch.
Costel scores with a shot to the side of Jebe's head.
Costel tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Jebe's elbow.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Jebe takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Jebe lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

Jebe is pressed up against the cage. Costel has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Jebe down to the mat. Jebe avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Costel misses with a low kick.
Costel swings for the body but Jebe moves out of range.

A shot to the liver by Jebe. Beautiful body shot.
Jebe connects with a right hand. Costel shakes it off.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Costel lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Jebe has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Jebe and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Costel has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Jebe.
Jebe lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Jebe throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Donk. Jebe catches Costel right on the button with a cross.

Costel throws a jab when Jebe was well out of range.
Costel is still on wobbly legs! Can Jebe finish him?
Jebe misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Costel.
Jebe drops Costel with a naaaaasty hook - Costel is in real trouble here! Jebe dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
