Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rung Thrym (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tonton Hong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Thrym comes to the cage accompanied by We Are - Hollywood Undead. Hong is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Hong Entrance Song. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Donk. Thrym catches Hong right on the button with a cross.
Hong shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Thrym but Thrym pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Hong wants to slow Thrym down by chopping away at his legs.
Thrym lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
The crowd cheers as Thrym lands an impressive looking overhand right. Hong doesn't seem phased though.
Hong's coach down at Mandirigmang Pilipino was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Hong's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Hong might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Thrym has got the better of the exchanges.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Thrym lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Hong has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Hong and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
