Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dmitry Muratov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joey Singleterry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Muratov shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Muratov was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Muratov throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Singleterry tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Muratov is in Singleterry's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Muratov slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Muratov will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Muratov's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Singleterry drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Muratov manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Singleterry has Muratov in his guard.

Singleterry throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Muratov escapes and throws Singleterry's legs to the side, diving into side control!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Dmitry Muratov.
I think Muratov has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
