And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ernesto Panado!
The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Daniel Cesar and Matheus Silva.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Joe lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

Panado escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Joe gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Panado shoots and misses
and Joe scores with a counter punch that sends Panado to the canvas! Joe smells blood - he's punishing Panado with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Panado has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Glass Joe!

Glass Joe spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
In defeat, Ernesto Panado stepped up to the mic, saying 'good win to my opponent sorry to my fans next time I will fight harder '.
