PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paul Starker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ling Manchu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Starker comes to the cage accompanied by Under Milk Wood. Manchu has chosen Bodies as his entrance music. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Paul Starker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 23 - 0, fighting out of London, Ling Manchu!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, William Gold and Sam Margolis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Manchu throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Starker's waist but Starker gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Manchu off to one side.
Starker looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.

Starker feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Manchu sprawling to the canvas! Manchu rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Starker finish him?!

It looks like Ling Manchu has been cut.
Starker ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Starker throws a chopping leg kick but Manchu manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Manchu misses with a wild combination.
Starker displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Manchu.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Starker tries to land a leg kick but Manchu saw it coming and moves away.
Manchu throws a counter combo.

Starker sends Manchu crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Starker is motioning to the referee to let Manchu up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Manchu is rocked!
Manchu on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Manchu is still on wobbly legs! Can Starker finish him?
Manchu looks winded!
Starker is throwing a storm of strikes! Right hook, left hook and follows it up with a spinning back fist! Manchu hits the canvas like a rag doll! And just like that, this one is over!
