Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tobias Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Viktor Gragula (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Black's entrance music is Remedy by Seether. A fine choice. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
15 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Tobias Black!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
19 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Viktor Gragula!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Chris Downing and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gragula shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Black pinned against the cage. Black gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Gragula decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Gragula is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Black has managed to free his arm - good work.
Gragula misses with a head shot. Black uses the momentum to regain guard.
Gragula postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Black is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Gragula, into his guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gragula had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Black defends it easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Gragula has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Black can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Gragula is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Black slaps away a takedown attempt from Gragula, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Tobias Black has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Viktor Gragula.
Black lands a head kick. Gragula smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Gragula shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Black is trying to defend but Gragula finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Gragula is looking for a kimura but Black is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Gragula to get the leverage.

Gragula seems to be looking for submissions.
Black kicks off Gragula and gets to his feet.
Black cracks Gragula with a good jab.
Black connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Black pushes Gragula up against the cage in a clinch.
Gragula is looking for a takedown.
Gragula is trying to push Black away but Black has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Black breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Gragula will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Black lands a big head kick that sends Gragula tumbling to the mat! Black takes a step backwards and waves Gragula back to his feet - he wants the finish!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Black lands a big head kick that sends Gragula tumbling to the mat! Black takes a step backwards and waves Gragula back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Gragula is rocked!
Black seems to be stalking Gragula here. He circles momentarily and then unleashes a devastating head kick! Gragula drops like a stone, out cold! WOW! Are you kidding me!? What a knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Tobias Black!
After the fight, Tobias Black was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
In defeat, Viktor Gragula stepped up to the mic, saying 'I hate werewolves'.
