Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Orkan Dogu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sambo Rambo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 13 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sambo Rambo!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rambo throws a sloppy head kick and Dogu moves out of range easily.

Rambo throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Dogu tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Rambo is in Dogu's guard.

Dogu is holding on to half guard well.
Rambo wants to pass the guard but Dogu is defending well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Rambo is looking to take a break and control but Dogu is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Dogu tries to get to full guard but Rambo has control of the leg.

Rambo passes to side control.

Rambo thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Dogu is looking to regain half guard here but Rambo keeps moving and retains side control.
Dogu is trying to control Rambo's posture but Rambo avoids it.
Dogu tries to improve position but can't.
Rambo creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Dogu sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
Rambo works to advance to full mount. Dogu defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
Dogu prevents Rambo from taking his back.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Dogu stops Rambo from taking his back. Still, being mounted isn't any better.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
A nice elbow there by Rambo.
Rambo is looking to work his way around to Dogu's back. He needs to be careful though, as he's in danger of losing this dominant position.
Dogu is in all sorts of trouble here.
Dogu bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Rambo has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Dogu should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Rambo has tightened it up now! Dogu should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
