The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Asikainen takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Ford ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

It looks like Chevy Ford has been cut.
Ford feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Asikainen's calf.

Ford looks to land a combination. Asikainen sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Asikainen chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Ford can pounce on him.

Ford cracks the inside of Asikainen's front leg.
Asikainen shoots in looking for a takedown but Ford manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Asikainen's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
It appears Ford was looking to counter with a kick there.

Asikainen takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Asikainen is looking to land body kicks.
Asikainen's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.

Ford lands a big head kick that sends Asikainen tumbling to the mat! Ford takes a step backwards and waves Asikainen back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Ford is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Ford steps in with a hook that catches Asikainen right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Ford follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Asikainen looks absolutely devastated.
