Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Ahilen Quarrel!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Paul Tew and Colin Fotheringham.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Quarrel scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Wall is in a bad spot here and he knows it... just holding on for now.
Wall tries to bench press Quarrel off him but Quarrel keeps the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Quarrel looks to land a left hand but Wall moved out of range nicely.
Quarrel throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Wall stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Wall throws a head kick but Quarrel moves out of range.

Quarrel shoots in for a takedown and gets it.

Wall is controlling Quarrel's trapped leg to prevent Quarrel from advancing to side control.

Quarrel wants to take a breather but Wall is having none of it.

Quarrel shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Wall manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Wall is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Quarrel defends well.

Wall shoots for a double leg takedown but Quarrel sprawls well. He's pushed Wall's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

Wall lands with a kick to the temple. Quarrel shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

A momentary lapse in concentration from Wall enables Quarrel to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Wall manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Wall's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Wall is on top in guard.

Wall stands and steps away. Quarrel gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Wall shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Quarrel's guard.
