Beijer kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is David hasselhoff - Looking for freedome. Killer has chosen Peste as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

With a record of 9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Eddie Killer!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Yuuki Gou and Yukihiro Shimada.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beijer ducks under a wild hook from Killer.
Killer lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Beijer thuds a left hand into Killer's body.
Killer thuds his right hand into Beijer's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.


It looks like Hans Beijer has been cut.
Killer lands a slapping body shot.
Beijer throws a right hand that misses
and Killer counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Beijer steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Killer.
Beijer throws a head kick that misses.
Killer jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Beijer blocks a head kick by Killer.
Sloppy strikes from Killer. Those never looked like landing.
Killer throws a head kick that half lands.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
A telegraphed right hand from Killer misses the target.
Nice body kick there by Beijer.
We've been informed that Killer has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Beijer misses with a hook.

Beijer plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!


It looks like Eddie Killer has been cut.
Killer throws a sloppy head kick and Beijer moves out of range easily.
Beijer takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Killer takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Killer lands with an overhand left.
Killer fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Beijer looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Beijer tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Beijer takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Killer fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Beijer manages to avoid it.
Killer uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Beijer.
Beijer throws a looping overhand right but Killer ducks down to avoid it.
Beijer moves out of the way of the counter high kick fromKiller.
Killer plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Beijer pivots, looking for a leg kick but Killer is out of range and Beijer settles back down.
Beijer walks into a jab.


Hans Beijer's cut is getting worse.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Killer lands a nice looking body shot.
Beijer throws a lazy right hand but Killer sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Beijer tries for a takedown but Killer sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Killer connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Killer lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Beijer at a distance.
Beijer throws a shot from downtown. Killer moves away and avoids it.
Killer shapes to counter with a head kick.
Killer avoids the head kick by Beijer.
Beijer takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Killer lands a glancing blow to the side of Beijer's head.


Hans Beijer's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Killer tries to move into range but Beijer moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Killer cracks Beijer with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Killer has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Beijer to stand back up!


Beijer is rocked!
Killer lands a slapping body shot.
Oh Beijer is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Beijer is breathing heavily.
Killer fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Eddie Killer is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Killer fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Beijer looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Beijer seems to have got his legs back now.
Killer connects with a left and a right that sees a clearly hurt Beijer covering up! Killer comes in with a big uppercut and Beijer goes doooown! He's slumped up against the cage, eyes staring blankly into space.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Eddie Killer!
A relieved looking Eddie Killer thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
