Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paljas Uneksija (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brandon Vee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Daniel Blasius and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Uneksija bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Vee misses with a straight left.
The crowd cheers as Vee lands an impressive looking overhand right. Uneksija doesn't seem phased though.

Uneksija looks to land a right hand but Vee moved out of range.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Vee has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Uneksija is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Vee.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Vee, as that shot connected.
Uneksija throws a lazy right hand but Vee sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Nice uppercut lands for Vee. That snapped Uneksija's head back.
Vee lands a slapping body shot.
Uneksija takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Vee fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Uneksija on the side of the head.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
