Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Martin Jamison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Phill Brooks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Brooks's choice of entrance music: Cult Of Personality. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Shirou Masuda and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brooks closes this distance looking for a takedown but Jamison circles away.
Jamison closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Jamison wants a takedown but no success here.
Jamison misses with a punch to the body.
Jamison is trying to force a seperation but Brooks has the dominant position.
Jamison jumps into guard, dragging Brooks to the mat.

Brooks really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jamison. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Jamison works over Brooks with some ground and pound from guard.
Brooks wants to get back to his feet but Jamison passes into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jamison seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Brooks does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Brooks reaches up to try and control the position but Jamison seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Brooks rolls and tries to escape and now Jamison has his back!

Brooks is trying to get back to his feet but Jamison has full control of the position and if anything, Brooks has just worked his way into a worse spot.
What can Brooks do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Brooks can do anything to dispel that myth.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
