Three Little Birds kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Anna Velvet is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vos shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Vos was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Velvet is trying to get back to his feet.
Velvet tries to improve position but can't.
Velvet's coaches at gym closing have been working on his defensive grappling in preparation for this fight so let's see if he can get out of this tricky position.
Vos wants to lay and pray for a moment but Velvet keeps working.
Velvet manages to work his way to half guard, despite Vos's best efforts.
Vos seems to be working for a kimura but Velvet defends the submission attempt.
Vos throwing shots but Velvet is blocking nicely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Vos in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Velvet tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Vos!
