Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Darwingh Alvarez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Martin Jamison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alvarez stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Alvarez wants it to stay on the feet.

Jamison throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Alvarez tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Jamison is in Alvarez's guard.

Alvarez has his foot on Jamison's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Jamison works his way back into a safe position though.

Alvarez got a little sloppy there for a moment and Jamison has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Alvarez has managed to get both his arms back between Jamison's legs - danger averted.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
