The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Matsumoto sizes up Gregor with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
No joy there for Gregor, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Matsumoto tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Gregor manages to circle out of the way.
Matsumoto avoids a punch combination nicely.
Gregor looks winded!
Matsumoto misses the shot to the body.
Matsumoto's jab looks to have found its range, popping Gregor under the eye.
Gregor is rocked!
Matsumoto lands a jab to Gregor's midsection.

McConnor Gregor seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Matsumoto lands a nice shot to the body.
Gregor takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Matsumoto punishes Gregor's body with a nice straight punch.

Matsumoto jabs Gregor to the body, keeping him at a distance.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Matsumoto lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Gregor backwards.
Matsumoto pulls back and lands a big elbow that stuns Gregor! Matsumoto unloads with more strikes and Gregor sinks to his knees! This one is all over!
