Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Van Jones!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Erno Bajza!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Tiny Johnson and Wesley Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Oooooh!!! Jones has knocked Bajza down with a huge combo! Jones steps away and waves a wobbly Bajza back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!


It looks like Erno Bajza has been cut.
A combination from Jones does no damage.
Bajza drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Jones defends it well.
Nice jab there from Jones.
Jones waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Bajza.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Jones throws an overhand right that lands on Bajza's shoulder, as Bajza tries to avoid the shot.
Bajza uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Jones.
Bajza feints the counter takedown.
Jones throws a looping overhand right but Bajza ducks down to avoid it.
Bajza misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Jones goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
A looping hook to the body misses from Jones. Bajza does a little dance to reset his feet.
Bajza tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Jones comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Jones throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Bajza uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Jones.
Jones's jab looks to have found its range, popping Bajza under the eye.


That has opened up Erno Bajza's cut even more.
Van Jones is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Bajza takes a shot to the body in his stride.

Bajza moves into the clinch successfully.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Jones.
Jones swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Jones makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Bajza misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Bajza effectively controlling the action here.
Bajza slowing the pace effectively.
Jones letting Bajza take a breather here.
Still in the clinch, Jones scores with a nice short uppercut.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.

Bajza looking for a takedown.
Jones goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Bajza stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
A right handed body shot lands from Jones.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

The referee is keeping an eye on Bajza - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Jones definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Erno Bajza.
Bajza changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Jones tries to avoid it but Bajza manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Jones to the ground. Jones escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Van Jones has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Erno Bajza.
Jones comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Jones tries to clinch up.
Jones sets himself, and Bajza steps forward looking for the clinch! Jones avoids it this time.
Bajza slips a jab and a cross from Jones.

Jones feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Bajza sprawling to the canvas! Bajza rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Jones finish him?!


Bajza is rocked!


The cut above Erno Bajza's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Jones tries to bum rush Bajza with a series of wild strikes but Bajza uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Bajza is still on wobbly legs! Can Jones finish him?
Jones is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Bajza wants to counter with a clinch but Jones pushes him away.
Bajza seems to have recovered his senses.

Jones cracks Bajza with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Jones has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Bajza to stand back up!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Bajza clinches up with Jones and pushes him back against the cage.
Bajza manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

Erno Bajza's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Bajza has Jones pressed against the cage, preventing Jones from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Bajza blocking some punches.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

Jones lands a hook that snaps the head of Bajza backwards.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Bajza.

Bajza fails to pull guard.
Bajza is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Bajza struggles to land a body shot inside as Jones controls his hands.

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Jones lands a hook that snaps the head of Bajza backwards.

Bajza jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Jones walks away with a smile on his face. Bajza gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Van Jones dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Erno Bajza's cut.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.



Bajza is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Jones's half guard.

Jones manages to escape and get back to his feet!

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Erno Bajza's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:41 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Van Jones!
