The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Widing dodges the punch combination from Diaz.
Diaz misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Widing.
Diaz blocks a head kick by Widing.
Diaz misses with a jab, cross combination.
Diaz looks winded!
Diaz falls off balance throwing a combination
so Widing counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Widing is working Diaz over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Widing lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Widing keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Diaz's head.
Widing makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.

Widing is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Diaz really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Widing. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
