Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kevin Wooten (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kevin Scott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Wooten might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Judas Priest- You've got another thing coming. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Scott dives in and grabs Wooten's left leg, looking for a takedown. Wooten pushes down on Scott's head and hops out.
No joy there for Wooten, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
A punch combination from Wooten misses.
Wooten displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Scott.
Wooten throws a series of punches but Scott avoids them all with ease.
Despite the aggression on Scott's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Wooten leaves Scott with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Wooten went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Kevin Wooten has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kevin Scott.
Wooten rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Scott moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Wooten lands a left and a right that send Scott crashing to the mat, dazed. Wooten thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Scott shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Wooten defends it nicely.

Scott takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Scott looks winded!
Wooten throws a series of punches but Scott avoids them all with ease.
Scott closes the distance and clinches up with Wooten, looking for a takedown. Scott pushes Wooten against the cage but Wooten circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Scott tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Wooten swivels and escapes.

Wooten feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Scott crashing to the mat! This one is all over!
