Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sherman Haney (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hugo Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hugo Silva has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Silva takes the fight into the clinch.

Silva manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Haney not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Haney wants to control from the top but Silva keeps moving.
Haney is looking to stand up but Silva won't let him.
Silva has momentary wrist control but Haney slips an elbow through the middle.
Silva bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Haney's guard.

Silva is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Silva is taking a breather. Haney says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Silva stands up and beckons Haney to his feet.
Haney shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Silva as he avoids it easily.
Silva throws a fast counter high kick but Haney manages to duck under it in time.

Silva forces Haney back against the cage and clinches.
Silva is trying to force a seperation but Haney has the dominant position.

Silva drops back, looking for a kneebar! Haney looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Haney looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Haney!

That's time! Haney's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
