PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Yuri Boyka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Razbinos Udric (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Yuri Boyka has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Yuri Boyka seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

With a record of 3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Razbinos Udric!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Marco Blurström and Arvi Lind.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Udric tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Boyka defends well and Udric ends up having to push Boyka into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Boyka takes the fight into the clinch.

Boyka is pressed up against the cage. Udric has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Boyka down to the mat. Boyka avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Udric throws a quick inside leg kick.
Boyka tries to score a power double leg takedown but Udric sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Boyka somewhat.

Udric throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Boyka's waist but Boyka gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Udric off to one side.

Boyka throws a strike but Udric rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Well Udric has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
