Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Lucius Perkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chad Dubois (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dubois shoots in and bounces Perkins off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Perkins lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Dubois really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Perkins. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Dubois wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

That was a close second round but I would say that Lucius Perkins will probably get the nod.
